Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On September 26, 2014, the Defendant was notified of a summary order of KRW 1,50,000,000 as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the Busan District Court’s Branch Branch.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Notwithstanding the fact that the Defendant violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act, such as the statement of criminal records, he/she driven a Crane vehicle owned by the Defendant’s spouse B, under the influence of alcohol of approximately 0.087% in the 3km section from around August 20, 2019 to March 20, 2019.

2. On August 20, 2019, the Defendant was engaged in the business of driving the said CFW car, and around 22:41, the Defendant: (a) on the three-lane road in front of the CFW car in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, which stopped the CFW car for the purpose of signaling at the three-lane among the three-lane roads in front of the CF-dong 2818; (b) was under the influence of alcohol as described in paragraph (1); (c) was under the influence of alcohol as described in paragraph (1); and (d) was under the influence of driving the CF car following the CFW car, and the Defendant did not immediately stop the CM vehicle and provide the victim with personal information, etc., and did not take measures, such as providing the victim with his/her personal information, at the scene.
