1. Defendant D:

A. 2/13 of each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1 through 3 to Plaintiff A and the separate sheet No. 1.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On March 30, 2002, F (hereinafter “the deceased”) died, and his bereaved family members are Defendant A (the spouse’s share 3/13) and Plaintiff B, C, Defendant D, E, and Nonparty G (the respective inheritance shares 2/13, hereinafter “heirs”).
