The defendant is not guilty. The summary of the judgment against the defendant shall be published.

1. Summary of the facts charged and the defendant's assertion

A. The summary of the facts charged is the tenant of the victim C’s “EF” operated by Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D, and the victim F is the former husband of C, who manages the said female on behalf of the victim C.

(1) On April 2012, the Defendant distributed to seven female tenants of the instant building by stating the false fact that the victim C was declared bankrupt and that “C is well aware of the thickness of tenants,” and distributed it to seven female tenants of the instant building, thereby impairing the victim C’s honor, notwithstanding the absence of the fact that the victim C was declared bankrupt.

(2) At around 14:00 on April 29, 2012, the Defendant: (a) stated the false fact that the victims did not lead to disguised divorce or disguised declaration of bankruptcy; and (b) stated that the victims did not habitually fail to pay the amount of taxes of KRW KRW 100 million on the paper A4, “A4,” stating that “the building owner C and F, who was declared bankrupt after disguised divorce for the purpose of evading debt repayment, shall be a person who was declared bankrupt of disguised divorce for the purpose of evading debt repayment,” and that “the fact that acquired and embezzled the amount of KRW 1,00,000,000 on a monthly basis is clearly stated”, and distributed the same to eight tenants of women in the House, thereby impairing the honor of the victims.

B. As to the facts charged alleged by the Defendant, the Defendant is H, and the Defendant is not involved in the preparation and distribution thereof, and the charges are denied.

2. The evidence as shown in the facts charged in the instant case includes each of the following items: F, C’s police and the court’s each statement and each of the following items, “I see the thickness of revenue sources”; however, the above evidence and I’s legal statements are acknowledged.
