1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. On December 31, 2007, the Minister of Construction and Transportation publicly announced the designation of the E-public housing site development area and the project implementer (Korea Land Corporation) with respect to the area of the housing site development area and the area of the said area, the Minister of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs designated and publicly announced as the F-si Gdong, Hdong, Idong, Jdong, and Jdong 2,01,000 square meters. (2) On July 14, 2010, the Minister of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs announced as K in the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs public notice of the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs, changing the area of the said area to 1,984,073.5 square meters
3) On September 17, 2010, the Minister of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs officially announced by the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs to convert the said planned housing site development area into the M zone, and publicly notified the project implementer as the defendant, and on November 4, 2014, the name of the N-ro housing zone publicly notified by the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs is an E-public housing zone (hereinafter “instant E zone”).
B. Around December 3, 2009, the Minister of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs published Mountainous Districts (project implementer: Korea Land & Housing Corporation) with respect to Quju-si, Gdong, Sdongwon 2,491,00 square meters in Quju-si, as notified by the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs.
2) On April 27, 2010, the Minister of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs announced the designation and alteration of a housing zone and a district plan with the content of changing the area of the said M zone into 2,489,913 square meters, as announced by the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs, and publicly notified the change of the project implementer of the said M zone to U U as announced by the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs on the 28th of the same month, and publicly notified the change of the name of the V housing zone as announced by the Minister of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs to the P public housing zone (hereinafter “instant P zone”).
C. The Defendant, on October 30, 2014, on November 22, 2014, 2014, 2014Gahap6227 of the same court (No. 2014Gahap6227) and October 30, 2014, on the date the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Plaintiffs, including the filing of a claim, such as the delivery of real estate against the Plaintiffs, is as follows.
