1. The defendant shall pay 60 million won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from June 18, 2020 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the claim is as shown in the annexed Form “reason for Application”;
(2) Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Public Notice) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the following cases: (a) a creditor shall be deemed to be a “Plaintiff” and “debtor” shall be deemed to be a “Defendant.”
