1. The Defendant’s KRW 129,550,00 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from May 1, 2014 to April 22, 2016.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. From February 28, 2008 to February 28, 2015, the Defendant executed the Plaintiff’s duties as the chief director.

At the time of the president’s employment, the Defendant was paid an amount equivalent to 2% of the insurance performance each month in return for providing the Plaintiff’s respective branch offices as an agent, such as allowing F, the representative of C (hereinafter “C”) and E business division to use the Plaintiff’s respective branch offices as an agent.

B. In June 2010, the Plaintiff received KRW 2,390,000 from D in cash and embezzled KRW 129,550,000 in total over 47 times from that to April 2014, as indicated in the attached list of crimes, as well as the Plaintiff received KRW 129,550,000 in total, and stored for the Plaintiff.

Examining the Plaintiff’s assertion as to the Plaintiff’s claim, 129,550,000 won and damages for delay on the basis of tort against the Defendant, barring any special circumstance, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 129,550,000 won and damages for delay as to the Plaintiff’s claim from May 1, 2014 to April 22, 2016, when the Plaintiff’s application for change of claim and cause of claim were served on the Defendant from May 1, 2014 to April 22, 2016, 15% per annum as stipulated in the Civil Act, and from the next day to the day of full payment. Thus, the Plaintiff’s above assertion is with merit.

3. As to the defendant's assertion, the defendant's total amount of KRW 28.2 million to G, the vice-chairperson of the plaintiff's above money, KRW 19.7 million to H, the former and current executives, KRW 1.7 million to J, KRW 13.2 million to K, KRW 6.2 million to K, and KRW 9.4 million to L.
