A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

30,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. On December 30, 2017, the Defendant sold approximately 0.05g of the Mesophical mental medicine 0.05g price to E at the D's insular room located in U.S. C at approximately 200,000, thereby selling philophones.

2. On March 15, 2018, the Defendant: (a) put about approximately 0.05g phiphones into a single-use injection machine at G’s house located in Yangsan F; (b) injected them into a single-use injection machine; and (c) injected them into the Defendant’s arms.
