Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall arrange, solicit, induce or coerce sexual traffic, or receive money, valuables or other property benefits, and engage in sexual traffic.

The co-defendant B prior to separation (hereinafter referred to as the "defendant") and the defendant C leased heading D Stud A, 303, B, 302, and 303 of Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, and employed female E and the defendant A, an employee, who is a sexual traffic, to have a general control over sexual traffic intermediary business by communicating with the male in sexual traffic through smartphone apps, etc., and the defendant A, under the direction of the defendant B and the defendant C, intended to play a role to have the male sex trade using the vehicle to the place of sexual traffic.

Pursuant to the above plan, the Defendants conspired with each other from April 2, 2016 to June 2 of the same month, set up a promise with each other with each other to engage in commercial sex acts through smartphones, etc., and received 1.30,000 won as the price for commercial sex acts and caused the said E to engage in commercial sex acts.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.
