Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Facts】

1. Around 10:30 on June 22, 2009, the Defendant violated the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) opened a studio room opened in the house of the victim G of the 3rd floor of Heungdong-gu Cheongju-si F detached Housing, Cheongju-si, and intruded into the house.
