1. Around December 23, 2011, the Defendant agreed to pay KRW 1,221,300 per month during 60 months to the injured party’s DNA car purchase from a staff member in charge of the name in the victim’s DNA car at the instant coffee shop in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter referred to as Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government). The victim company set up a mortgage on the said DNA car around January 2, 201.

On January 10, 2012, the Defendant transferred the said AD car to the name of E (State) established by the Defendant, and transferred the said AD car to F (State) on March 16, 2012, and borrowed 18 million won from G from G at a place in a fire on August 2012, the Defendant transferred the said AD car to the said security group.

Accordingly, the defendant concealed his own property, which was the object of another person's right, and obstructed the exercise of another person's right.

2. The Defendant is a person who operated a stock company E.

On December 22, 2011, the Defendant entered into a loan agreement with the victim BMW 520d passenger cars under the joint name of the Defendant and E Co., Ltd., and purchased approximately KRW 65,40,000 from the damaged person for approximately KRW 48,693,267 of the purchase fund, and received approximately KRW 1,077,94 of each month from the injured person for about 60 months, and set up a right to collateral security on the said car and did not dispose of the said car to another person until the injured person fully performs his/her obligation to the said car. The Defendant paid the installment to the above person, and did not dispose of the said car without the victim’s consent. The Defendant did not make the above loan agreement as if he/she transferred the said car to another person.

However, the defendant is a motor vehicle from the injured party.
