A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From November 2018 to March 23, 2019, the Defendant paid 40,000 won, 150,000 won, 170,000 won, 170,000 won, 120,000 won, and 220,000 won, to female employees of Thailand, D (D, 24, 24) and sexual intercourse or similarity with other female customers.

Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts such as arranging commercial sex acts.

The crime of this case with the reason for sentencing under Article 25 of the Act on the Punishment of Acts of Arranging Sexual Traffic is that the defendant has been engaged in the business of arranging sexual traffic, and considering the fact that the defendant has led to the confession of the crime and the fact that the defendant has no record of the same kind of crime, the punishment like the order shall be sentenced to the defendant.
