Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant purchased 12/20 shares of C company land and buildings located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City from F, and 3/20 from F, respectively, and transferred the status of the representative of C company as the remainder of 5/20 shares from D.

Although the Defendant intended to transfer the ownership of 5/20 shares owned by the above C company to the Defendant, the Defendant came to know of the necessity of the minutes of the general meeting of the members of the inspection committee in the registration of the transfer of ownership of the above shares, he tried to forge the said minutes and make a registration
