A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

50,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On October 21, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months for the violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Ulsan District Court on October 21, 201, and completed the execution of the said sentence at the Gwangju Prison on November 1, 201.

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. At around 14:00 on November 1, 201, the Defendant accepted opphones by means of receiving approximately 0.09g of psychotropic drugs, which were psychotropic drugs, from E, for a single-use mobile phone in the psychotropic telephone in the vicinity of D hotel located in Busan Seo-gu C, Busan, and by receiving approximately 0.09g of psychotropic drugs, which were psychotropic drugs, from E.

2. At around 14:00 on November 1, 201, the Defendant issued a penphone in the way that the Defendant sent approximately 0.03 gramopon to 303, F and G respectively, respectively, for each of the following reasons:

3. On November 1, 201, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting them into a single-use injection machine with approximately 0.03 grams of 14:0 on Nov. 1, 201, and inserting them into arms by mixing them with water.

On January 10, 2012, the Defendant: (a) conspiredd to purchase phiphones with G on January 12:39, 2012; (b) transferred KRW 300,000 from G to H’s Busan Bank (I) account; (c) around 19:00 on the same day, the Defendant received approximately 0.06g of phiphones from H at the Defendant’s home located in Busan Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Busan.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with G to purchase phiphones from H.

5. On January 10, 2012, the Defendant administered philophones in a manner of inserting approximately 0.03 grams at the home of the above Defendant around 19:0 on January 10, 2012 and inserting approximately 0.03g of philophones into a single-use injection machine and mixing them with water for injection.
