After compiling the adopted evidence, the lower court acknowledged the facts as indicated in its reasoning, and determined that there was a proximate causal relationship between the Plaintiff’s work and the injury and disease of this case on the ground that the existing disease was rapidly aggravated beyond natural progress due to the instant accident, even if the Plaintiff had an existing disease.

In light of the relevant legal principles and records, the fact-finding and judgment of the court below are justified, and there is no violation of the rules of evidence, incomplete deliberation, or misapprehension of the legal principles as to proximate causal relation in occupational accidents, as alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed, and the costs of appeal are assessed against the losing party. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices.
