A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant 1, in Ansan-si, the 2018 Highest 196, performed the construction and sale business of G commercial buildings and officetels on the 111th floor above the 3rd floor above the 111th floor above the 3rd floor above the 201st floor above the Masan-si, Ansan-si (hereinafter “the 201st floor”). D Co., Ltd. entered into a contract for the construction business of officetels with H Co., Ltd. (former AC Co., Ltd. and representative director I).

1. On July 15, 2002, the Defendant: (a) concluded a sales contract with the victim AD to purchase price of KRW 6,94,00 with respect to the instant officetel AE; (b) concluded a sales contract with the victim around 66,99,40 won; (c) concluded an intermediate payment of KRW 53,260,230 on the date of entering into the contract, and the intermediate payment of KRW 53,260,230 on five occasions from July 17, 2002 to June 27, 2003; and (d) concluded an agreement to pay KRW 10,049,100 respectively at the time of entering into the contract; and (c) completed the sales contract with the victims from April 27, 2002 to December 27, 2003; and (d) completed the sales contract with the victims from June 28, 2008 to June 27, 2002 to December 27, 2008.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, in collusion with I, provided the instant officetel site as security in collusion with I who completed the shortage of the construction cost of the instant officetel, borrowed money and used the borrowed money as the construction cost.

A. On December 31, 2003, in borrowing KRW 500 million from NN on the instant officetel site, the registration of the establishment of the right to collateral security at the lower-class N, debtor A, and the maximum amount of claims KRW 6.5 million on the instant officetel site was borrowed from N, and the amount of KRW 50 million on the same day was borrowed from N, and the amount of KRW 50 million on the instant officetel site was KRW 6.5 million on the instant officetel site.
