All appeals are dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined.

1. As to the grounds of appeal by Defendant A, C, and D, the lower court found the Defendants guilty of the charges on the grounds stated in its reasoning.

The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the relevant legal principles and evidence duly admitted, the lower court did not err in its judgment by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the intent, joint principal offense, and breach of duty.

2. According to the records as to Defendant B’s grounds of appeal, Defendant B appealed against the judgment of the court of first instance, and asserted misconception of facts and misapprehension of legal principles as to the criminal intent and conspiracy of occupational breach of trust for reasons of appeal, but withdrawn the grounds of appeal for misconception of facts and misapprehension of legal principles during the fifth trial of the court below.

In such a case, the above assertion of mistake and misapprehension of legal principles cannot be a legitimate ground for appeal.

3. Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
