1. The Defendant’s KRW 50,000,000 and its amount shall be 5% per annum from May 10, 2019 to July 23, 2019 to the Plaintiff.

Since the Plaintiff leased KRW 50,00,000 to the Defendant on November 9, 2018 as the maturity date on May 9, 2019, there is no dispute between the parties. Thus, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated by the rate of 50,000,000 per annum as stipulated in the Civil Act from May 10, 2019 to July 23, 2019, the delivery date of a copy of the instant complaint, and 12% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, from the next day to the day of full payment.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is decided as per Disposition.
