Punishment of the crime

The defendant is operating a singing practice room business in the name of "C" on the first basement of Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

No singing practice room business operator shall sell or provide alcoholic beverages.

Nevertheless, on March 23, 2017, the Defendant sold two cans, which are alcoholic beverages, to two male customers who know the name of the above singing practice place in the above singing practice place on March 23, 2017.
