A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who works as the head of quality control division in Corporation D in the Gu and US City C.

1. Indecent acts by compulsion;

A. Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim.

B. 2.
