A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a CFIS car.

On October 11:15, 2013, the Defendant driven the above car and continued to turn to the left at an unsured speed at the unsured speed from the elevation of the Ansan Tri-distance at the high side of the Si-Eup. The Defendant was driving the above car on October 3, 2013, and continued to turn to the left.

There is a place where the center line of the yellow-ray is installed, and the E-line cargo cars driven by the victim D(52 years of age) are moving along the opposite lane, so the defendant engaged in driving of the motor vehicle has a duty of care to thoroughly keep the front-round city and to safely turn to the left.

Nevertheless, as long as he neglected this, he was able to turn left at the above intersection, the front part of the vehicle driven by the defendant due to the negligence, which led to the left part of the damaged vehicle.

The Defendant, by such occupational negligence, suffered injury to the victim F (F) who was on board the said cargo vehicle for about ten (10) weeks in light of the light view that there is no open space room for about ten (58) weeks, to the victim G (F, female, age 58) in light of the following circumstances: (a) the escape symptoms, etc. of conical signboards No. 5-6 that require approximately ten (10) weeks of medical treatment; (b) the victim H (F, age 78) in light of the fact that the victim H (V) suffered injury, such as double-water duplicing in the left bar No. 5 that requires approximately six (6) weeks of medical treatment; and (c) the victim I (V) in light of the fact that the victim D requires approximately six (6) weeks of medical treatment; and (d) the victim D’s injury, such as the escape evidence of the conical signboard No. 4-5 (70).
