A Imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months, each of the defendants B and C shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months for a short term and one year for a short term.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendants’ violation of the Punishment of Violence, etc. Act (joint confinement), Defendant C’s heavy confinement refers to the ordinary victim I (ma, 16 years of age), the victim J (ma, 16 years of age), and the victim J (ma, and 16 years of age) and let the victims steal money and valuables from others. As a result, Defendant A and B detained victims in collaboration with Defendant C and H, and Defendant C detained the victim I in collaboration with Defendant A, B and H, and committed a harsh act in collusion with H to commit a cruel act.
2. On December 25, 2012, the Defendants: (a) around 04:30 on December 25, 2012, 204, at the Ncafeteria in the operation of the victim M in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Defendants A and C reported the gap in which the surrounding surveillance was neglected; (b) Defendant B opened a new door, which was not corrected; and (c) opened a new door, and came up with cash at the safe, from that time, the Defendants committed a theft of money and valuables on 11 occasions in combination with the list of crimes in the attached Table (1).
3. Defendants A and B’s special larceny and attempted special larceny are located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan GovernmentO on November 28, 2012.
