Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 200,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is almost one holder of unregistered car ice 125cc.

No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance shall be operated on a road.

On March 21, 2015, at around 22:50, the Defendant operated the motor device that was not covered by mandatory insurance at approximately 1 km from the front of the sports site in front of the 25 locked-dong, Songpa-gu Seoul Olympic Games to the front of the 25 locked-dong sports site.
