Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On February 28, 2013, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.137% from blood alcohol level around 09:30 on February 28, 2013, the Defendant driven a vehicle of approximately 5km from the Gangseo-gu, Seoul, Gangseo-gu, Busan to the Yeampo-gu, Seoul.
