1. On October 22, 2014, the Defendant limited the Plaintiff’s case number, limited liability company, and air freight carriers.
Reasons
Details of the disposition
The plaintiffs, including the plaintiffs' car scrapping, are companies running the general trucking transport business, and the plaintiffs Woo-coo, as shown in the attached Table 1 No. 1 List, as shown in the plaintiff limited liability company's attached Table No. 2, the plaintiff Woo-coo (hereinafter "the plaintiff limited liability company") transferred the plaintiff's automobile scrapping report to the plaintiff limited liability company with the general or special-use truck (hereinafter "motor vehicle, such as general-use truck") of which the supply of the special-use truck is restricted as shown in the attached Table No. 1 No. 3, as shown in the attached Table No. 3. 4, the plaintiff Woo-coo (hereinafter "the plaintiff limited liability company's automobile scrapping report of this case"), and transferred the vehicle to the plaintiff's automobile scrapping report of this case with the general or special-use truck (hereinafter "motor vehicle, such as general-use truck").
(2) On October 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) on October 22, 2014, as indicated in the “type of the vehicle prior to the replacement of the vehicle” in the attached Tables 1 through 4, the respective vehicles indicated in the “type of the vehicle prior to the replacement of the vehicle” are “each of the instant vehicle”; and (b) on the ground that the Defendant: (c) on October 22, 2014, the Defendant: (d) changed and registered the vehicle into a general truck with limited use type, such as the instant vehicle, the supply of which is a special-purpose truck permitted by the instant registration act; (d) on the ground that the Plaintiff did not obtain permission for change, but did not obtain permission for change; and (e) changed or acquired the relevant vehicle without obtaining permission for change; (e) Article 19(1)2 of the Trucking Transport Business Act (hereinafter “ Trucking Transport Business Act”); and (e) Article 5(1) of the former Enforcement Decree of the Trucking Transport Business Act (amended by Presidential Decree No. 262515, May 26, 26, hereinafter “former Enforcement Decree”).
