Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a parent-child of the victim B (here, 65 years of age).

1. On March 6, 2019, around 16:20 on March 6, 2019, the Defendant, in front of the Defendant’s house located in the C building D, had the victim’s house in relation to the issue of selling a house living together, had the victim’s horse and dispute with him, led the victim’s head debt, led the victim’s body by hand, and had the victim’s body taken several steps beyond the floor, leading the victim’s lineal ascendant in both arms requiring approximately two weeks of medical treatment.

2. 피고인은 2019. 3. 12. 08:30경 제주시 E건물 2층에 있는 피해자의 집에서, 제1항 기재와 같은 이유로 피해자와 말다툼을 하다가 피해자에게 욕설을 하면서 양손으로 피해자의 머리채를 잡아끌고, 피해자의 점퍼 주머니 안에 피해자의 휴대전화기가 들어있는 사실을 알면서도 “너도 부쉈는데 나도 부순다.”라고 말하며 위 점퍼를 계단 벽면에 수회 내리쳐 수리비 약 159,500원 상당이 들도록 피해자 소유의 휴대전화기 액정화면을 파손하여, 피고인의 직계존속인 피해자에게 약 2주간의 치료를 요하는 머리 좌상 등을 가하고, 피해자 소유의 재물을 손괴하였다.
