Defendant,

1. From October 14, 2019, from around 20:43 to around 22:11 on the same day, a national card (Account Number: D) lost by a victim C (70 years of age, remaining) was embezzled without going through the process of returning it to the victim or returning it to the police agency.

2. Fraud;

A. A. On October 14, 2019, around 23:06, at H points located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the sum of 16,500 won and the sum of the embezzled national card was presented as if he/she had the right to use the said goods, and its affiliated employees had the employee pay the price of the said goods, thereby having the employee receive property and gain pecuniary gains. D. On October 15, 2019, around 05:26, at H points located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, and around 53,00 won, the embezzled national card was presented as if he/she had the right to use the said goods, thereby having the employee pay the price of the said goods, thereby having the employee receive property and gain pecuniary gains equivalent to that amount.

E. On October 15, 2019, around 05:27, H points located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G.
