A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant treated the Metepha (one philopphone; hereinafter “philopphone”) and the Kenya as follows.

1. On October 31, 2019, at around 12:30 on October 31, 2019, the Defendant purchased phiphones and Kenyas from D through C in the street world near Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, through C, and purchased 1.8 million won for phiphones and Kenyas in collusion with D.

2. Handphones or Kenya medication;

A. On October 31, 2019, at around 15:00, the Defendant: (a) injected approximately 0.15g of the instant “B hotel’s 1st floor E on the ground of “B hotel”; (b) injected approximately 0.15g of the instant philopon into a single-use injection instrument; (c) injected the Defendant’s arms in collusion with C in a way of injecting approximately 0.15g of the philopon into one’s own arms in the same manner.

B. On October 31, 2019, the Defendant, at around 19:00, injected 0.15g of philopon into the 1st floor E heading room of “B hotel”, and injected it into the Defendant’s arms, and in collusion with C by injecting approximately 0.15g of philopon into one’s arms in the same manner, and continued to administer philopon in collusion with C, and the Defendant and C have flowed approximately 10 minutes thereafter with her blopon, and blopon in collusion with C by in collusion with C by taking the blopon’s flopon into the blopon in the same manner.

(c)

On October 31, 2019, the Defendant, at around 20:00, injected 0.15g of philopon into the 1st floor E heading room of “B hotel”, and injected it into the Defendant’s arms, and in collusion with C by injecting approximately 0.15g of philopon into its own arms in the same manner, and continued to administer philopon in collusion with C, at approximately 10 minutes later, the Defendant and C have a blopon, and blopon in collusion with C by taking the blopon in collusion with C by promptly using the blopic volume.

On November 1, 2019, the Defendant’s first floor below “B hotel” around 01:00.
