Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 20, 2019, at around 04:25, the Defendant reported 112 on the front of the door “Yasi B apartment,” and called, “a person who is requested to return home from the police officer D belonging to the Pyeongtaek-gu Police Station C District of Pyeongtaek-gu Police Station, called “Isle to know,” and “Isle to know,” who was dispatched to the site, and continued to stop the front of the patrol car, and “Isle to the marm of the patrol car, as Mara, Isle, Isle, Isle, Isle, Isle, Isle, Isle, Isle, Isle to go off.”

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.
