A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, on June 2013, committed the crime against the victim D (nive, 15 years of age), became aware of the said victim through smartphone hosting pphones, and, with the knowledge that the victim is a woman with a mental disability, the victim’s age was 20 latter half and unmarried, and is currently unmarried for the purpose of sexual intercourse, and entices the victim by communicating with the victim several times for the purpose of sexual intercourse, and around August 31, 2013, the victim was taken back to the underground parking lot of the building in both sides located in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul and became more sexual intercourse with the victim or the victim more than 2-3 times in the same way.

Accordingly, when the defendant was aware that he would use the victim to take his own sexual desire, the defendant was forced to take advantage of the victim's body and sexual intercourse with the victim's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son's son.

Accordingly, the defendant raped the juvenile victim by force.

2. A crime committed against the victim F (nive, 16 years old);

(a) A defendant who violates the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse shall be punished on February 2014.
