A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 26, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 6 months for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the credit branch of Suwon District Court on August 26, 2008, and was sentenced to a summary order of 1.5 million won for the same crime in the same court on February 22, 2011, and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 2 months for the same crime in the same court on October 17, 2014.

On March 9, 2020, at around 02:10, the Defendant driven a Fpoter cargo vehicle with approximately 100 meters of alcohol level 0.159% under the influence of alcohol level 0.159% from the Cdong Office in Ischeon-si B to the front of E in the same city.
