A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On January 12, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Eastern District Court, and completed the execution of the said sentence on August 18, 2018.
1. Around January 2018, the Defendant against the Victim B refers to “A victim B, who was aware of in the course of serving as an E affiliate company, from the original prison of Songpa-gu Seoul on the ground that “B, as children of the fourth son group from Category C, is capable of distributing at least 50 billion won, and is at least 10 billion won at the current market price, and is willing to make an investment in the early development project, and if released first, it will be possible to prepare for the project.” On August 21, 2018 after release, the Defendant provided the victim with only at a place in the original prison of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan City on the face of August 21, 2018, and thus, he/she could supply the victim with parts, such as an invoice, necessary for the development project, and can be deducted based on the plan for the E affiliate work experience of the Korea Intellectual Property Office until the expiration of 05 billion won.” In addition, the Gdong applied for a patent development project to the Korean Intellectual Property Office for up to 1005 billion.
However, the defendant's explanation of such origin, career, connection, property, etc. was not only the last day of the day when the defendant was committed for the purpose of deceiving living expenses from the victim.
As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received cash of KRW 200,000 from the victim around October 29, 2018, and acquired KRW 5,900,000 in total over 15 times from around that time to November 15, 2018, such as the list of crimes (victim B) in attached Form 2.
2. The criminal defendant against the victim F is a victim F who became aware of the victim F through the above B at an insular place around September 2018, in the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
