1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 75,218,00 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 8, 2018 to the date of complete payment.

On July 15, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a contract for the supply of bedclothess with the Defendant on November 20, 2015, and the supply of bedclothess equivalent to KRW 275 million to the Defendant on November 20, 2015. The Plaintiff and the Defendant agreed to pay a reduced amount of KRW 75,218,00,000, which deducts the amount of waterproof failed with respect to the remainder on December 2, 2015. The Defendant’s payment of KRW 192,50,000 (contract and intermediate payment) out of the amount of supplied goods to the Plaintiff on February 2, 2016, and the remaining balance on March 6, 2016 (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act) by service on March 7, 2018 (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
