1. Defendant B: The Plaintiff

(a) Annex 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1, respectively, among the 727 square meters wide prior to the G of Pyeongtaek-gun of Gyeonggi-do.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On May 13, 2003, the Plaintiff purchased 1,455 square meters prior to the G in Pyeongtaek-gun, the Gyeonggi-do, which was located before the subdivision, from H and completed the registration of transfer of ownership by purchasing it jointly with H. on October 1, 2003. On October 1, 2003, the aforementioned G is divided into 728 square meters prior to the division of co-owned property, and the said G is not more than 727 square meters.

B. Defendant B, on March 14, 1989, was divided into N.N. 14 and 547 square meters in M. 2, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on June 10, 2008, again on June 10, 2008; Defendant B completed the registration of ownership transfer on the above 20-story residential facilities (cafeteria and 205 square meters) on June 16, 201; Defendant C completed the registration of ownership transfer on the above 20-story residential facilities on June 16, 2001; Defendant C completed the registration of ownership transfer on the 204 square meters in M. 5 square meters in M. 14; Defendant C completed the registration of ownership transfer on the 205 square meters in M. 24 square meters in M. 14; Defendant C completed the registration of ownership transfer on the above 205 square meters in P. 27.24.27.24.208.27

C. On July 29, 1995, Defendant B newly constructed a building on the above K ground adjacent to the instant land and connected the village sewerage pipe to the village joint sewerage pipe in order to connect the said building to the village joint sewerage pipe, Defendant B’s sewerage pipe of the attached map No. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1.567 square meters in the underground part of the instant land, which connected each point of 1.567 square meters in sequence, is referred to as “the sewerage pipe of this case.”

The purpose is to draft the daily sewage after being laid underground.
