A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On January 2013, the Defendant obtained authorization from the Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, E, E 30,253 square meters to cut trees for the renewal of the species of trees. On March 2013, the Defendant reported a forest project plan to the office of Kimpo-si in order to implement the cutting of trees on the 20,724 square meters of the above mountainous district, and cut the trees on the 19,834 square meters among them.
