Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 6, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death and Injury caused before the risk) driving a DNA cargo vehicle as his/her duties at a full flow of 0.182% of alcohol level in the front of the trading complex of the middle and high-speed vehicle C located in the Seo-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, Seoyang-gu. In order to drive a DNA cargo vehicle as his/her duties at a speed of 0.182% in the direction of the local lower limit of the 3-lane between the two-lanes.

In this case, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to properly see the front side and the left side and the left side, and to accurately operate the steering and brakes.
