1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant Macro Macro (hereinafter “Defendant Macro”) was a company that manufactures and sells luminous agents and ices for automobiles, and concluded a sales contract with Tae-young with the Plaintiff’s telegraphic body from 2001 to sell professional products. On January 30, 2004, Defendant Macro Macro Macro (hereinafter “Defendant Macro Macro Macro”) was established.

B. On June 15, 2009, the Plaintiff entered into an international sales agency agreement (hereinafter “instant agreement”) with Defendant Malass (hereinafter “instant agreement”). The main contents are as follows: (a) the Plaintiff granted from Defendant Malass the right to sell products of Defendant Malas’s professional staff to Defendant Malass for a two-year period from June 15, 2009 to June 14, 201; (b) the Plaintiff granted the right to sell the products of Defendant Malass as exclusive stores for a two-year period from June 15, 2009 to June 14, 2011.

1.2.International Sales Agent Contracts 1.2. In accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Company shall, within the sales area specified, appoint the Company as the exclusive sales agency of the products and the distribution channel, and such sales area and distribution channel shall be as listed in Appendix A.

A sales agency may sell products only to customers located in the sales area and the distribution channel, and no sales agency shall sell products to any third party for retail sale outside the sales area or the distribution channel.

Sales and distribution channels of sales agents may not be amended without the written consent of the company.

1.3. retain the right to directly supply or sell products to the company or to the customers having contact with its affiliates, even though mentioned above in the sale of the company.

However, the Company may not make a request in order to receive such orders within the selling area and in the circulation channel.
