Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of Branchising vehicles.

On November 09, 2016, the Defendant driven the above vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.108% in blood around 07:10 on the same day, and proceeded with the industrial tower in front of the bus stops located in Ulsan-gu New-dong, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, with the industrial tower outflow on the front of the industrial tower.

In this case, there was a duty of care to safely drive a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle by checking the right before and after.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant was negligent in changing the tea line from three lanes to two lanes, and received the part on the right side of the victim CK3 car driving with the left side of the franchising vehicle.

Accordingly, even if the Defendant damaged the damaged vehicle by occupational negligence in order to repair the damaged vehicle amounting to KRW 1,349,00, the Defendant immediately stopped and escaped without taking necessary measures, such as aiding the damaged person.
