Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 6, 2013, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.206% of blood alcohol content on July 15:30, 2013, driven B rocketing car at approximately 3km from the front side of the Daegu Industrial Complex located in Yan-dong, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, 30-14, at the entrance road of the Jindo Underground Road located in Yangcheon-gu, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul.
