1. Defendant SBS Co., Ltd.: (a) KRW 1,500,00,000 for the Plaintiff; and (b) from December 6, 2012 to February 14, 2014 for the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The relationship between the parties 1) The Plaintiff has secured domestic broadcasting rights related to overseas sports games, such as the U.S. Meology, the field of the camping, and the diver type of diver type, as a company that mainly engages in advertising agency business, sports marketing, and sports distribution. The Defendants are three terrestrial broadcasting companies in Korea as companies or corporations with the main business of broadcasting business, cultural service business, etc.
B. The Plaintiff and Defendant SBS Co., Ltd. 1) from December 2005 to December 1, 2005, the Plaintiff is the International Epic Association (FIFA and FIFA) Internationale de FIFA (hereinafter “FIFA”).
(i)in contact with the officers and employees of Denmark (DENTSU) and Infront Sedia, companies that are delegated with the authority to negotiate the regional broadcasting relay of the World Cup games by the Asian regional broadcasting relays, and in contact with the executives and employees of the World Cup reported Sedia, the authority to broadcast the World Cup in Korea (hereinafter “domestic broadcasting authority”).
The International Olympic Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "IOC") has been prepared to acquire, and since March 2006, the International Olympic Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "IOC").
2) Meanwhile, Defendant SBS Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “SSS”) is a kind of consensus organized by the Defendants, a terrestrial broadcasting company in the Republic of Korea, for the purpose of jointly acquiring the domestic broadcasting rights of the Olympic Games and the World Cup, under the direction of the Korean Broadcasting Association, prior to the selection of the project proprietor of the domestic broadcasting rights of the Olympic Games and the World Cup, and under the direction of the Korean Broadcasting Association.
At around March 2006, the level of preparation for the acquisition of broadcasting rights for the Olympic Games and the World Cup Korea and Japan is the level of preparation for the plaintiff.
