1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 39,250,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 18, 2015 to the date of full payment.

That damages for delay exceeding the rate of 15% per annum from October 1, 2015 pursuant to the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 26553) are not recognized (see Article 2 (2) of the Addenda to the foregoing Regulations).
