Punishment of the crime

On April 14, 2017, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.101% during blood transfusion around 02:55, driven a B SP car at approximately 300 meters from the parking lot from Seoul Nowon-gu, Seoul to the same set-off road from the parking lot to 130 square meters.
