[Defendant A] Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 26, 2020, the special larceny Defendants discovered one bicycle "JEGER" equivalent to KRW 700,000 in the market price owned by the victim D (hereinafter referred to as 44 years old), which is linked to the gate stairs railing in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Seoul, around 10:26, 200, on February 26, 2020.
