A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a bus B bus engineer in Sungnam city bus, and the victim C (55) is the team leader of the bus B and is the defendant's workplace.

On November 21, 2015, at around 18:20, the Defendant: (a) displayed a knife (33 cm in length, 21.5 cm in length) that was prepared in advance by the victim of the bus in the bus B parked in the bus vehicle D located in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, stating the Defendant’s service attitude, etc. and having been called to move to E bus routes; and (b) displayed the victim’s complaint, “to die and throw away the house,” and (c) displayed the knife (21.5 cm in length, knife in length) that was prepared in advance by the victim.
