A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete 80 hours of sexual assault treatment program.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, up to July 22, 2013, was a person who operated E convenience points in macro-si D, and, at the above convenience point, was aware that the victim G of F-friendly job offering (the mental body of F-friendly 24 years old, I Q44, social age 7.5 years old, and socialization index 46 years old, middle class 46 years old) was found to have a mental disability of the said victim.

The Defendant repeatedly rejected the Defendant’s refusal to do so, and she went to Jambur 503 around 21:00 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant inducedd the victim for the purpose of sexual intercourse.
