Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of B New Franchise bus.

On March 8, 2019, the Defendant driven the above bus on March 8, 2019, and, at the south city, the distance behind the apartment after Yangsan city was driven by approximately 60km in speed, according to the four-lanes of the 5-lane off the side of both main and underground roads.
