A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is not a handler of narcotics, etc.

On April 2014, 2014, the Defendant purchased 10 g of psychotropic drugs from E E TlaXG car, which was parked in the frontway run by the Defendant, from F, 10 g of psychotropic drugs from F to 2 million won.

Accordingly, the Defendant traded psychotropic drugs.

B. The Defendant injected approximately 0.1g of philophones contained in the instant date, at the place, and on the left side of the Defendant by dilution them with water.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered psychotropic drugs.

C. At around 21:00 on June 15, 2014, the Defendant: (a) parked in the front parking lot of H, which is the Defendant’s residence located in G, in the original city; (b) injected approximately 0.1g of philophones contained in the single-use injection machine into the left-hand box of the Defendant.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered psychotropic drugs.

2. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc.;

A. On September 2013, 2013, the Defendant: (a) discovered and collected wild marijuana in the vicinity of the K Park Burial House located in the J of the Haju-si; and (b) found it in a newspaper; and (c) possessed marijuana for the purpose of smoking in the bitXG car.

B. At around 21:00 on June 15, 2014, the Defendant smoked marijuana by inserting the mast car parked in the front parking lot of H apartment in the Hanju-si, the residence of which was located, by inserting it into one cigarette that deducted the tobacco amount per smoke from the tobacco amount stored as above, and attaching a fire as soon as possible.
