However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay the food value.
In the end, the Defendant deceiving the victim as above and obtained food equivalent to KRW 39,00 in total from the victim.
Accordingly, the defendant deceivings the victims as above, and received food of 101,000 won in total from the victims three times.
The Defendant from April 27, 2018 to 12:50 on the same day.
