Punishment of the crime

On August 18, 2015, the Defendant discovered a mobile phone set up on the display site of the victim E at the D's store located in Sungsung-si on August 17:31, 2015, and then stolen one mobile phone equivalent to KRW 400,000 at the market price by putting it in a cart and putting it out.
