Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 30, 2010, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 500,000 as a fine for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Gwangju District Court, and on January 19, 2012, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 as a fine for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Gwangju District Court.

On February 18, 2017, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.152% among blood transfusion around 23:05, the Defendant driven a Brocketing motor vehicle at the section of approximately 8km from the front of the string of the bridge, which is located in the flow of the culture of Gwangjubuk-gu, to the front of the G-gu culture site.
