1. In full view of the following facts and circumstances acknowledged by evidence, E’s statement has a firm credibility to the extent that there is no reasonable doubt.

Even if false assertion is made, if the juvenile guest can present his/her resident registration certificate normally, it is revealed that the job-based argument is false at the site, so it is difficult to make such justification as the employer without permission.
